PLACEMENT

YOUR RESUME IS NEEDED

FOR FREE WORLDWIDE PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE TO ALEXANDER MAGAZINETM SUBSCRIBERS

I know that many Alexander Magazine subscribers desire employment in the recording / music / audio field.  Others would consider it for the right offer and would be willing to take the step of making employment in this field primary employment.  If any of this fits you, as an Alexander Magazine subscriber, we have something new for you.
Alexander Magazine and Recording Institute Detroit are launching a new Web-based worldwide job placement service through www.recordingjobsconnection.com.   Our Motto is You Get The Job Through Us.  What we mean is that you have to get the job but through RID training (online or in-studio) and our jobs connection.  We can never guarantee a job that you find acceptable but we think we can give you the best chance for employment in the recording / music / audio field by using our connection.  The gears in the logo tell the story.

Fig 1 - How We Work

Best of all, this "job-connection" is a free service for Alexander subscribers as long as the subscription is current.  When we are fully operational, a fairly complete resume can be posted to the site by subscribers and be updated as necessary.  In addition "help wanted" ads will be posted by studios and employers. Subscribers will be able to get e-mail notification of new jobs that are available in advance of the ads being posted to the site.   We expect to being posting resumes shortly after July 1st and be fully operational by September 2001.
We need your help to get the gears initially greased and working right!  We need information, as soon as possible, for posting the resume.  Any Alexander subscriber that has interest in this new service should fill out and submit data for the resume by going to our resume form - now online.  The information you want posted can be changed anytime by following the instructions on the form.
